Sourcing Specialist
ROLE OVERVIEW · High-volume outbound sourcing role supporting the Radiology Locum Tenens desk. · Build and qualify the candidate pipeline, then pass qualified leads directly to the Senior Recruiter and Director. - Growth potential into Full Cycle Recruitment position REPORTING & WORKFLOW · Reports directly to the Senior Recruiter and Director. · Sourcer engages and qualifies the lead; the Senior Recruiter takes over the full-cycle close. · Weekly activity check-ins, monthly KPI reviews, and quarterly bonus reviews. CORE ACTIVITY METRICS — MONTHLY · 4,000+ outbound dials per month (approximately 200 calls per day). · 25–30 qualified leads passed per month. (Live hand offs or scheduled meetings within 24 hours of call) · 10 leads converted per month into the active recruiter pipeline through booking. · 4 new candidates booked per month COMPENSATION · Base salary: $45,00 to $50,000 · Variable bonus: $1000 per month contingent on meeting all core metrics each month of the quarter. · Maximum quarterly bonus payout: $1,500 when all metrics are achieved each month for 3 consecutive months in a quarter. · Year 1 OTE: $65,000 IDEAL CANDIDATE · 0–2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, or high-volume outbound phone work. · Comfortable sustaining 200 calls per day. · Strong verbal communicator who can quickly build rapport with physicians. · Coachable, metrics-driven, and organized while managing high lead volume. · Motivated by a defined career path into full-cycle recruiting.
