# Solutions Engineer - Tel Aviv **Harmony** · תל אביב -יפו, מחוז תל אביב · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role About Harmony Harmony gives every employee an always-on expert for every service request, inside the tools they already use. Deployed inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, its agents draw on a context graph connecting each employee's identity, devices, applications, and history, resolving requests across IT, HR, finance, procurement, and legal automatically, before a ticket ever opens. With 100+ prebuilt agents that deploy in days, not months, and a 70% no-touch resolution rate, Harmony removes the manual work from enterprise service without removing the humans who should own the hard problems. Built for IT and HR teams that are done waiting for their service platform to catch up with the rest of the business. About the Role We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to play a critical role in how we win new customers. You'll be the technical lead on deals from first discovery call through close, partnering with Account Executives to understand a prospect's environment, show them what's possible, and prove it works. You'll be the person who proves the product delivers real value in a prospect's actual environment, not in a slide deck. That makes you one of the most important people in the sales process. When a prospect is evaluating us alongside competitors, your discovery, demos, and trial work are often what tip the decision. This is a deeply technical, individual contributor role. You'll be hands-on with integrations, configurations, and architecture, while also being someone prospects trust and enjoy working with. What You'll Do - Lead technical discovery: uncover a prospect's current tools, workflows, pain points, and success criteria, and translate them into a clear technical win plan - Deliver tailored demos that map directly to each prospect's environment and use cases, for audiences ranging from IT practitioners to executive buyers - Design and run evaluations and POCs: scope success criteria, configure and integrate the product in the prospect's environment, and drive the trial to a clear decision - Be a key driver of deal outcomes, owning the technical win and removing blockers that stand between a prospect and a closed deal - Partner closely with Account Executives on deal strategy, account planning, competitive positioning, and forecasting technical risk - Own the technical side of the buying process, including security reviews, architecture discussions, RFPs, and integration questions - Dig into APIs, infrastructure, and code to solve complex technical challenges that come up during evaluations - Build repeatable demo environments, trial playbooks, and tooling that make the sales motion faster and more scalable - Ensure a clean handoff to Onboarding and post-sales so the value proven during the evaluation carries through to deployment - Feed insights from the field back to Product and Engineering: what prospects need, where we lose deals, and what would help close more What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, software engineering, technical consulting, or a similar hands-on technical role (preferably with GTM exposure) - Strong technical depth: you’re comfortable working with APIs, cloud infrastructure, networking, scripting, and debugging complex systems - Proficiency in AI-assisted engineering workflows - you use tools like Claude Code, Codex, and similar LLM-based agents as a natural part of how you build, debug, and ship - Experience working alongside Sales as part of the deal cycle - you understand what it takes to win a technical evaluation and can operate with a sense of urgency when a deal depends on it - Experience running implementations or technical onboarding across multiple customers simultaneously - Self-directed problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Preferred Qualifications - Domain knowledge in IT operations, IT infrastructure, or IT service management (e.g., ITSM, monitoring, endpoint management, networking) - Experience supporting or participating in technical evaluations, POCs, or pilot programs - Background in software development - you've built and shipped production code
