Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, crafting solution architectures, leading technical presentations, creating business cases, and ensuring proposed designs align with both client and company goals. Duties and Responsibilities Customer Engagement - Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges, technical environment, and strategic goals. Solution Design - Architect secure, scalable, and reliable technical solutions that address customer needs and align with company offerings. Sales Support - Partner with sales teams to develop sales strategies, create proposals, respond to RFPs, and deliver compelling product demonstrations. Technical Expertise - Act as a subject matter expert, providing deep technical knowledge during customer meetings and workshops. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or any related field. With at least 5 years of IT Solutions Architecture experience . Knowledgeable or have a good baseline on IT Infrastructure (Server, Storage, Network) , Cybersecurity , Cloud , Apps , etc. A thorough understanding of the company's product suite, as well as competitors, industry standards, and relevant technologies (e.g., Cloud Platforms, AI/ML, Security). Competence in data-driven decision-making, such as analyzing 3-6 months of performance data for cloud migration, calculating ROI, and determining Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
