You'll work directly with a senior engineer from day one, taking tier-2 client issues from "something's wrong" to a diagnosed, explained root cause. What You'll Do Dig into support tickets and client calls to find out what's actually going wrong, not just what the client assumes Trace issues through logs, traces, and underlying data down to the code Demo the platform live to show clients how to configure it for their exact workflow Use AI tools daily to move faster through code and data than manual digging alone Turn recurring headaches into permanent fixes instead of repeat tickets Write clean tickets and documentation so nothing gets lost in translation Flag and escalate issues that cross systems or hit multiple clients What You'll Bring 2–4 years in a technical, client-facing role — support engineering, solutions engineering, implementation, or QA Comfortable debugging at the log level (e.g., Datadog), reading JSON/data values, and following C#/.NET or TypeScript/React code far enough to find the cause Confidence presenting over screen-share, in clear spoken English, to business and technical audiences alike A genuinely curious streak — you want to know why You already use AI tools as part of how you work A flexible schedule with at least 4–5 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time What's In It For You Work directly with senior engineering leadership from day one — no layers between you and real ownership A genuine growth path: start in the ticket queue, graduate into leading your own investigations, reviewed at first, then trusted to run solo High-visibility work on a platform trusted by firms managing tens of trillions in assets Real flexibility on hours — not a buzzword, an actual confirmed policy AI tooling as a core part of your daily workflow, not an afterthought Ready to trade scripted support for real investigation?
