Solution Manager

Position Purpose

Align with the department's strategic direction, lead the design, implementation, and iteration of medium-to-large-scale cross-border logistics solutions, and assume top-level planning responsibilities for the construction of the solution system. Focus on merchant operational pain points and product experience, coordinate key project advancement, optimize existing logistics products and service solutions, collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure efficient solution delivery, continuously improve logistics fulfillment efficiency, control logistics costs, and contribute to the achievement of business targets. Drive the team's transformation from passive demand response to active solution leadership through professional expertise and solution methodology influence.

Key Responsibilities

Core Solution Design & Delivery

Ÿ Lead the design and requirement alignment of supply chain logistics solutions for key accounts and key business lines, follow up on the full process of product feature design, development, testing, launch, and delivery, and control solution quality and implementation effectiveness. Hold the final decision-making authority for solution design and the right to recommend priority ranking for medium-to-large-scale complex solutions.

Ÿ Deliver customized logistics solutions for complex business scenarios, and coordinate various blocking issues encountered during solution implementation.

System Planning & Methodology Standardization

Ÿ Responsible for methodology consolidation and standardization of the solution system, driving continuous optimization of solution design processes, BRD writing standards, and project delivery criteria.

Ÿ Develop reusable solution frameworks, design patterns, and best practice guidelines to improve team-wide delivery efficiency and quality.

Requirement Research & Product Iteration

Ÿ Conduct in-depth research on logistics products in the e-commerce industry and merchant operational pain points, evaluate existing logistics solutions, independently produce professional BRD and solution documents, and drive implementation and optimization.

Ÿ Perform in-depth analysis of competitors' products, solutions, and development strategies, identify industry trends and differentiated competitive opportunities, take the lead in driving systematic function and logistics product iteration and long-term planning, and continuously improve merchant user experience and operational efficiency.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Ÿ Responsible for full-process governance of key projects, including requirement confirmation, priority assessment, resource coordination, progress control, and delivery standard setting, ensuring complex projects are delivered on time and with quality. Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early in the project lifecycle and develop contingency plans in advance.

Ÿ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales) to ensure seamless solution delivery across the organization.

Documentation & Business Enablement

Ÿ Develop advanced-level training documents covering product functions and solution design, deliver training and Q&A sessions to domestic and overseas business teams, and communicate solution logic and product usage essentials.

Ÿ Summarize high-frequency issues raised by business teams, consolidate solution cases, and optimize existing workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background

Ÿ Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, E-commerce, International Trade, or related fields preferred.

Work Experience

Ÿ 5–10 years of work experience in cross-border supply chain, logistics product planning, or solution consulting. Experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics industry preferred.

Language Requirements

Ÿ Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of independently communicating with overseas businesses and partners.

Technical Skills

Ÿ Proficient in the full-process operational logic and cost structure of cross-border logistics and supply chains.

Ÿ Expert in logistics solution design, requirement analysis, and BRD writing. Familiar with the full process of product development and project implementation.

Ÿ Capable of defining the long-term evolution direction of the solution system based on business strategy.

Ÿ Possess keen business acumen and a customer-oriented mindset, able to quickly identify root causes of complex problems through data and operational process analysis, and propose systematic solutions.

Ÿ Excellent communication, coordination, and project driving abilities, capable of aligning cross-functional and cross-cultural teams toward shared goals and ensuring efficient execution in complex projects.

Ÿ Structured thinking and solution innovation capability, able to independently clarify direction in ambiguous and uncertain business scenarios and deliver actionable innovative solutions.

Ÿ Strong influencing skills — able to drive methodology adoption and raise delivery quality across the team through expertise sharing, solution reviews, and best practice dissemination, without direct reporting authority.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
