Solution Consultant (Finance Automation)

As a Solution Consultant (Finance Automation) , you will play a key role in driving finance transformation through automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled solutions. Working closely with Siemens Operating Companies, GBS customers, and cross-functional teams, you will help identify opportunities, design innovative solutions, and implement technologies that improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and support business growth. You’ll create impact by: Business Analysis & Solution Design: Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled solutions. Project Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful digital transformation initiatives. Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance finance processes through AI, intelligent automation, workflow technologies, analytics, and digital solutions. Solution Implementation & Continuous Improvement: Support solution design, testing, deployment, adoption, and ongoing enhancement activities to ensure long-term business value. Documentation & User Enablement: Develop process documentation, user guides, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources to support successful solution adoption. Quality Assurance & Support: Ensure solution quality through testing, validation, governance activities, and resolution of system issues where required. Technology Adoption & Digital Transformation: Drive the adoption of new technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives that support Siemens’ digitalization and AI strategy. Your defining qualities: Education & Qualification: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. Business Process & Digitalization Experience: Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology-driven solutions. Automation & Platform Knowledge: 2–3 years of experience working with finance automation platforms such as Process Director, PEGA, Redwood, or similar workflow and automation solutions. Digital & AI Technologies: Exposure to AI technologies, Generative AI, intelligent document processing, process automation tools, or related digital solutions would be highly advantageous. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, RPA, Process Mining, or Data Analytics tools is a plus. Systems & Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP or other ERP platforms, with an interest in leveraging technology to improve finance processes and business outcomes. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Growth Mindset & Collaboration: Proactive, curious, and innovative with a passion for digital transformation, continuous improvement, and AI adoption. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments and strong English communication skills would be advantageous.
