Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to design solution architecture for cross-system interactions and business logic integration, ensuring seamless interoperability across multiple applications. ͏ Area of Responsibility Requirement Analysis-Participate in requirement discussions with client stakeholders to define solution and implementation level needs basis the business requirements. Designing-Create solution architecture designs to meet cross-system interactions and business logic integration requirements, ensuring system cohesion across multiple applications. Integration assessment and support-Assess and evaluate interactions across multiple applications by evaluating implementation dependencies and integration requirements. Troubleshooting-Support validation of solution components during implementation and ensures the solution functions as designed. Risk Analysis and Assessment-Assist in identifying potential risks by evaluating system performance of implemented architectural solutions, to ensure efficient system landscape. ͏ ͏ ͏ Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) SCM Functional Consultant Job Summary We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant with 7-8 years of ERP consulting experience and strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain Management modules. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, cutover planning, and post-go-live support while driving business transformation initiatives across supply chain processe. Key Responsibilities Conduct business process workshops and gather detailed business requirements. Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and design scalable D365 F&O SCM solutions. Configure and implement D365 F&O SCM modules based on business needs. Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents, Process Flow Diagrams, and User Stories. Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution demonstrations. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Coordinate integrations, reporting, customizations, and data migration activities. Support cutover planning, deployment, and Go-Live activities. Deliver end-user training and create training documentation. Provide hypercare and post-production support. Drive process improvements and recommend best practices aligned with Microsoft standards. Support solution estimation, presales discussions, and proposal preparation when required.
