The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution. You will lead the design and implementation of complex, end-to-end enterprise solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of scalability, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end design of technical solutions (system integration, data flows, application architecture). Translate business requirements into technical blueprints. Technology Strategy: Evaluate and recommend optimal technologies, platforms, and frameworks tailored to project needs and cost-effectiveness. Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship to development teams, enforce architectural best practices, and conduct architectural audits to mitigate risks. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with PMs, Business Analysts, and developers to ensure flawless solution delivery. Pre-Sales & Client Advisory: Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME). Participate in pre-sales activities including technical presentations, solution demos, and effort estimation. Qualifications Experience: 8+ years in software development with at least 3-5 years in a Solution Architect or senior technical role. (Bachelor's or Master's in CS, IT, or Engineering). Architecture: Deep understanding of architectural patterns (Microservices, Event-driven, SOA), API design, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solutions. Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP (Certifications highly desirable). Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. Tech Stack: Extensive experience with modern languages (Java, Python, .NET, Node.js) and databases (Relational & NoSQL). Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to articulate complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Consulting experience is a major plus.
