The position involves sustaining and evolving a suite of internally developed applications built on Oracle Forms, Python and C#, enabling operational stability while driving modernization initiatives within the power, utilities and renewables domain. This is an excellent opportunity to provide architectural leadership, guide legacy-to-modern solution design and shape enterprise-leve platforms within a highly regulated sector. Responsibilities Lead the design and integration of legacy Oracle Forms applications with modern technologies to support critical operations Ensure system reliability and availability for business-critical processes including scheduling and TSO nominations Collaborate with internal team members, client managers and third-party vendors to maintain alignment and clear communication Oversee support activities, troubleshooting and enhancements for existing management applications during the maintenance phase Define and implement an IT roadmap that enables modernization and scalability of management solutions Facilitate technical meetings to present architectures, gather feedback and coordinate implementation efforts Translate architectural concepts into operational processes ensuring smooth handover and compliance with business goals Requirements Proven experience in solution architecture with focus on Oracle Forms integration and modernization Strong understanding of management systems and related processes such as scheduling and market operations Demonstrated ability to assess risks and align IT solutions with organizational strategy Expertise in guiding cross-functional teams and translating business needs into scalable technical designs Product-oriented mindset with emphasis on continuous delivery and optimization Professional fluency in English We offer 5 weeks of vacation EPAM Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Enhanced parental leave Extended pension plan Daily sickness allowance insurance Employee assistance program Global business travel medical and accident insurance Learning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, and courses Please note that any offers will be subject to appropriate background checks We do not accept CVs from recruiting or staffing agencies For this position, we are able to consider applications from the following: Swiss nationals EU/EFTA nationals Third-country nationals based in Switzerland with an appropriate work permit Displaced people from Ukraine who are currently in Switzerland and hold, or have already applied for, S permits
