Assist corporate users and staff with login, booking, cancellation, and other portal-related issues. Monitor the portal and report technical errors or system issues. Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of portal functions. Coordinate with the software development/vendor team for technical issues. Maintain records of reported issues and their resolution status. Assist with user account creation, access, and password-related issues. Check and report errors related to flight booking, hotel booking, insurance, and other SBT services. Assist in testing new features and system updates before implementation. Prepare basic reports and maintain SBT-related documentation. Train or guide staff on basic SBT portal usage. Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved technical issues. Required Skills Fresher with a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software, or a related field . Basic knowledge of software applications and web portals. Basic understanding of HTML, databases, APIs, or networking is an advantage. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to learn travel technology and SBT systems. Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
