Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the overall test strategy for enterprise applications. Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end testing across multiple integrated systems. Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test execution reports. Lead functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Development, Product, Business Analysts, and DevOps. Drive complex defect triage sessions, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution. Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and provide mitigation recommendations. Validate production readiness and provide quality sign-offs for deployments. Support release planning and post-deployment validation activities. Continuously improve QA processes, testing methodologies, and automation opportunities where applicable. Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience testing enterprise applications. Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience using defect tracking and test management tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple testing activities in a fast-paced environment.
