# Software Support Engineer **Xetron Solutions Sdn Bhd** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities: · To perform second level troubleshooting / analysis on application reported issue · To attend to cases reported on system in timely manner · Communicate to user / Call Center / Developer on reported issue · Perform troubleshooting / analysis in database level (SQL queries) · Follow up and provide resolution on every reported cases · To provide use training to client for any new project rollout · Assist in building knowledge based on daily reported issue · Customize report / program for internal usage Requirements: · Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineer · Min 2 years’ experience in application support or software programmer · SQL queries & DB fundamental is a must · Analytical and logical thinking to visualise & solve problem based on available information · Knowledge on Oracle 9i, MSSQL, JAVA, VB6, VB.Net is added advantage · Knowledge on IIS/Webservices is added advantages · Fast learner where able to pick up with less supervision Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: software programmer: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
