HR & Payroll Software Demo and Implementation Executive Salary: AED 3,000–6,000 per month, based on experience Work location: In person, Dubai Job type: Full-time Experience level: Entry to mid-level Job Description We are looking for an HR & Payroll Software Demo and Implementation Executive with practical knowledge of UAE HR and payroll processes. The selected candidate will learn HRX360, conduct online and in-person software demonstrations, understand customer requirements, assist with software implementation and train customers on using the system. This is not a traditional HR operations position. It is also not a lead-generation or cold-calling role. However, the candidate will follow up with prospects after demonstrations and help convert suitable opportunities. A sales incentive will be provided for successfully closed deals. Candidates currently working as an HR Executive, Payroll Executive or HRMS Implementation Executive are welcome to apply, provided they are confident using software and presenting it to customers. Key Responsibilities Learn HRX360 and understand its HR, attendance, leave and payroll modules Conduct professional online and in-person product demonstrations Understand each customer’s HR and payroll requirements Explain how the software can address the customer’s requirements Answer functional questions related to UAE HR and payroll processes Follow up with prospects after demonstrations Assist in converting suitable opportunities into customers Configure the software based on customer requirements Assist with employee data collection, validation and migration Set up leave policies, attendance rules, salary components and payroll settings Support customers during payroll setup and initial payroll processing Train HR teams, payroll users and administrators Coordinate with the technical team when required Provide support during and after implementation Maintain accurate records of demonstrations, customer requirements and implementation progress Requirements Minimum one year of UAE HR or payroll experience Practical understanding of UAE payroll processing Knowledge of WPS/SIF, leave management and end-of-service calculations Previous experience using HRMS or payroll software Confidence conducting online software demonstrations and customer training Strong English communication and presentation skills Comfortable learning new software and explaining it clearly Good attention to detail when handling employee and payroll data Ability to communicate professionally with HR managers, finance teams and business owners Organised, responsible and comfortable following up with customers Preferred Experience Experience implementing or configuring HRMS/payroll software Experience with employee data migration and validation Experience conducting product demonstrations or user training Knowledge of attendance, overtime, leave and payroll calculations in the UAE Experience supporting customers during software onboarding What We Provide Complete HRX360 product training Demo scripts, presentations and supporting materials Support from the technical and development teams Practical exposure to HRMS demonstrations and implementations Sales incentives for deals successfully converted through demonstrations and follow-ups How to Apply Please submit your CV with a brief summary covering: Your UAE HR and payroll experience The HRMS or payroll software you have used Your experience with WPS/SIF and end-of-service calculations Any experience in software demonstrations, implementation or customer training Your current visa status Your availability to join Your expected monthly salary Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
