This is a hands-on technology leadership role responsible for leading engineering teams, driving digital transformation, designing scalable solutions, and providing technical direction. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience leading and mentoring software engineering or development teams Strong backend development experience in Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or similar technologies Experience in software architecture, system design, and scalable applications Experience with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript Strong SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL experience Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, or similar technologies Experience with APIs and service-oriented architecture Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in e-commerce, retail, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, procurement, or inventory systems is a plus KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead one or more development squads and provide technical direction Drive digital transformation and innovative technology solutions Work closely with technology and business stakeholders on product roadmaps Translate product and business requirements into technical priorities Participate in system architecture and complex solution design Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering quality standards Mentor and develop engineering team members Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management Interested candidates may send their updated CV via DM or email at c
