Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend systems and applications. Global Collaboration: Work closely with cross-border engineering teams, product managers, and architects to deliver high-quality software solutions. Code Quality & Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting peer code reviews to ensure system reliability and performance. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, software bugs, and performance bottlenecks across development and production environments. 応募資格 / Requirements 【必須要件 / Must】 Development Experience: 3-5+ years of professional software development experience. Core Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Linux operating systems. Proficiency in at least one of the following backend languages: Java, Python, or Go (GoLang) . Language Skills: Japanese: Native or Near-Native level (capable of smooth business communication and collaboration with local stakeholders). English: Business level (capable of participating in technical discussions with global teams, reading/writing documentation, and handling slack/emails / TOEIC 600+ or equivalent ). 【歓迎要件 / Preferred】 Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architecture. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment.
