Collaborate with business, architecture, infrastructure, and vendor teams to design and deliver end-to-end digital banking solutions. Manage environment setup, release deployments, system upgrades, and production cutover activities across all project phases. Support integration of OBDX with core banking systems, payment platforms, middleware, authentication services, and third-party applications. Execute system validation, SIT/UAT support, defect management, data migration verification, and production readiness assessments. Provide L2/L3 production support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and operational issues within defined SLAs. Monitor application health, interfaces, APIs, batch jobs, and system performance to ensure high availability and optimal customer experience. Perform root cause analysis for production issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous service improvement initiatives. Support change, release, and problem management processes, including deployment planning, risk assessment, rollback coordination, and post-implementation reviews. Demonstrate flexibility to support and manage other banking and enterprise applications as required, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational continuity across the application landscape. Required Skills * Experience in implementing OBDX, integration with satellite systems using SOAP,REST, KAFKA. Experience in Kubernetes container HTML, JS, Java, Springboot, PL/SQL, CI/CD pipelines Experience in customer facing website, specifically OBDX. Experience in implementing OBDX solutions for Trade Finance business functions will be an added advantage.
