Job Overview We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and highly structured Software Engineer to coordinate and manage digital engineering pipelines, software infrastructure, and development portfolios from planning through completion. This role will work closely with cross-functional technical teams, deployment partners, external vendors, system managers, and organizational stakeholders to ensure daily software operations are delivered according to agreed schedules, architecture blueprints, strict security compliance codes, and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate development projects , software assessments, and technical engineering pipelines from initial planning through execution.
• Develop software logic layouts , baseline deployment milestones, integration implementation matrices, and digital deployment blueprints.
• Coordinate closely with management , DevOps teams, product specialists, systems administration, and back-office technical teams.
• Monitor project progress , digital asset inventories, cloud operational costs, tracking timelines, and key structural deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients , systems technicians, consultants, independent suppliers, and key project stakeholders to maintain absolute operational alignment.
• Review documentation requirements , technical data sheets, diagnostic logs, layout files, and related code validation files.
• Support procurement and coordination of specialized digital assets, software development tools, cloud infrastructure hardware, and related equipment.
• Monitor installation , database dashboard testing, digital API interface configuration, and formal system configuration handover activities.
• Identify project risks , technical system variances, workflow bottlenecks, and potential delays and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Conduct engineering review meetings and prepare comprehensive execution summaries, workflow validation schedules, and management reports.
• Ensure deployment and site activities are carried out in accordance with relevant cyber security laws, compliance codes, and international quality certifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation , software registry logs, database maintenance records, and tracking files throughout the application lifecycle.
• Support improvements to software operational delivery pipelines, multi-disciplinary technical coordination, and continuous process workflows.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management, or a related applied technical discipline.
• Experience in technical software support , application project execution, system troubleshooting, operations coordination, or related advisory pipelines.
• Good understanding of structural system architecture, root-cause analysis, capability testing models, and technical cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with enterprise database software , specialized logging systems, organizational tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace), or modern spreadsheet engines.
• Strong project coordination , technical communication, relationship alignment, and stakeholder management skills under strict operational pressure.
• Good analytical and systematic structural troubleshooting abilities with extreme attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple engineering activities simultaneously and execute tasks according to tight, agreed project timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, common code repositories, and standard project tracking tools.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary site operators, external contractors, suppliers, or cross-functional team leaders will be an advantage.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
