Software Development Intern

Position: Software Development Intern Department: IT & R&D Duration: 3 or 6 months Location: Abu Dhabi Employment Type: Full-time Internship Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Software Development Intern to join our IT & R&D team. The candidate will work on real products using modern technologies including Node.js, Next.js, and Flutter, and assist in researching and prototyping new solutions. This is a hands-on role with mentorship from senior engineers. Technical Skills Required Backend:

• Basic experience with Node.js & Express.js
• Understanding of RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Basic knowledge of TypeScript

Frontend:

• Familiarity with Next.js and React.js
• Understanding of SSR, SSG concepts
• Basic state management (Redux, Context API)

Mobile:

• Basic knowledge of Flutter & Dart
• Willingness to learn cross-platform development

Expected Experience / Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT
• Basic hands-on experience with Node.js, React/Next.js, or Flutter (academic or personal projects)
• Familiarity with Git and version control
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn

Bonus Skills

• TypeScript, Docker, CI/CD
• Personal projects or GitHub portfolio
• Interest in AI/ML or emerging tech

Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
