This is a Lead position on a team with high visibility. You will support a team that is building an integrated enterprise IT support model to drive efficiencies in the talent space and better address strategic requirements associated with learning, training compliances, foreign language development and retention, job advertisements, selection and performance. Mandatory Skills Demonstrated experience as team lead providing technical expertise and communications to client. Experience implementing industry best practices and associated technical solutions consistent with accessibility standards and agile methodology, proposing recommendations that provide business value while supporting goals and objective with an emphasis on improving User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI), reducing ht O&M, increasing quality and speed of delivery, transforming, and modernizing web-based applications, system and service components. You will develop, maintain, analyze and document the application system and service components and associated interfaces including those with databases and web services/APIs, and assist in decision making for future development. Must be experienced in Java development, cloud technologies, and developing and maintaining AWS environments and service components. You will be have experience working with COTS products including ServiceNow. Must have experience with full accreditation life cycle, managing Tier 1, 2 & 3 support using service management systems. You will develop IT support documents that include SOPs, digital IT workflows, IT knowledge base, pre and post deployment checklists, IT architectural diagrams, system security plans and administrative processes, and develop and maintain enterprise software to include license renewals, patching and version update administration. Optional Skills Experience working with client and partner IT organizations, networking and platform hosting technologies. Experience working with learning applications, language, compliance and performance management applications. Requirements Active TS/SCI FS Poly is mandatory. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), Linux operating systems, and network security protocols.
