Handles complex development tasks, ensures high-quality code, and contributes to system architecture and technical decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems Write clean, efficient, and scalable code Participate in system architecture and design discussions Develop APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and backend services Work on database design, optimization, and integration Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps) Optimize application performance and scalability Implement security and data protection measures Manage version control and release processes Mentor junior developers and guide technical decisions Prepare and maintain technical documentation Required Skills Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript Experience with frameworks and technologies (e.g., Spring, .NET, Node.js, React) Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and team collaboration skills Educational Qualification Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Experience 2+ years of experience in software development Experience in building scalable and production-grade applications Other Requirements Ability to handle end-to-end development responsibilities Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work in agile development environments Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Code quality and maintainability Feature delivery timelines Application performance and scalability Bug resolution time Contribution to architecture and technical improvements
