Soft Services Supervisor / Upholstery Team Lead (UAE Driver's License & Tagalog speaking)

Melya Cleaning Services is expanding its specialized mobile deep cleaning and upholstery extraction operations across Abu Dhabi. We are seeking hands-on, detail-oriented Soft Services Supervisors / Team Leads (Tagalog Speaking) to manage mobile field units, service high-end residential villas, and oversee top-tier upholstery, sofa, and carpet extraction services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Field Operations: Lead, mentor, and supervise a mobile team of cleaning technicians inside luxury villas, residential properties, and commercial sites.
• Technical Execution & Chemistry: Operate and maintain steam cleaners, extraction machinery, and blowers. Inspect fabrics on-site to select safe, effective chemical treatments for delicate materials (velvet, silk, linen, leather).
• Quality Assurance & Standards: Enforce international BICSc color-coding standards and hospitality-grade protocols to deliver zero cross-contamination and 5-star service.
• Logistics & Client Relations: Safely drive the company service van across Abu Dhabi scheduled locations, ensure timely site arrivals, and manage professional interactions with VIP villa clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Driver’s License: Valid UAE Driving License ( MANDATORY ).
• Languages: Native/Fluent Tagalog & Professional English ( MANDATORY for team management and customer alignment).
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM) , Soft Services, 5-Star Hotel Housekeeping, Luxury Upholstery Extraction, or Auto Detailing in the UAE.
• Technical Mastery: Proven knowledge of fabric chemistry, stain removal protocols, and professional extraction machinery operation.
