Social Media Strategist (Arabic & English)

Fajr Interiors has been designing and building villa renovations and office fitouts in Dubai since 2011. We are looking for a bilingual social media strategist to own our channels end to end — the strategy, the content calendar, the posting and the numbers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We finish beautiful villas and offices every month and most of it never gets shown well. Your job is to fix that: build a content plan around real projects, get the right footage captured on site, write in both Arabic and English, and grow an audience of villa owners, business owners and property developers in the UAE.

PLEASE NOTE : fluent Arabic and English, and UAE experience managing social media accounts, are both firm requirements for this position.

STRATEGY AND PLANNING

• Own the social strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, and recommend where we should and should not be.
• Build and run a monthly content calendar tied to live projects, launches and seasonal demand.
• Define what each channel is for — reach, credibility, or enquiries — and set targets accordingly.
• Track competitors and the wider Dubai interiors and property market, and spot openings we are missing.

CONTENT AND COPY

• Write captions, hooks and scripts in Arabic and English, each written natively rather than translated.
• Plan shoots on our villa and office sites, and brief our in-house videographer on what to capture.
• Edit and assemble short-form video, reels and carousels, and produce graphics within our brand guidelines.
• Turn finished projects into case-study content — before and after, process, detail and handover.
• Keep everything consistent with our brand voice and visual identity.

COMMUNITY AND PERFORMANCE

• Manage comments, DMs and enquiries, and pass qualified leads to the sales team quickly.
• Support paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn — audiences, creative and budget pacing.
• Report monthly on reach, engagement, follower growth and enquiries generated, with what you will change next.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers and freelancers when a project needs them.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent Arabic and English, both written and spoken. You will write published copy in both.
• UAE experience managing social media accounts for a business or an agency. Required.
• 3+ years in social media, content or digital marketing.
• A portfolio of accounts you have run, with the results you achieved.
• Hands-on with short-form video — shooting on a phone, editing and publishing. CapCut, Premiere or similar.
• Comfortable with Canva or Adobe for graphics, and with scheduling and analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Able to work independently and keep a calendar moving without being chased.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with interiors, architecture, real estate or another visual, considered-purchase sector.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• Experience with influencer or partnership campaigns in the UAE.
• Already in the UAE with a valid visa.
