Key Responsibilities - Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content. - Understand social media algorithms, trends, and platform-specific best practices. - Create content ideas for posts, Reels, Stories, and videos. - Have a strong visual eye for design, branding, and content presentation. - Create and edit basic visual content using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools. - Plan and manage content calendars and publishing schedules. - Manage social media boosting and paid advertising campaigns. - Understand audience targeting, budgets, and campaign optimization. - Monitor engagement, reach, growth, and overall content performance. - Work closely with the creative team to maintain brand consistency. Requirements - 2–4 years of relevant social media experience. - Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. - Experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and social media analytics. - Good understanding of graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling. - Ability to create content independently and collaborate with designers. - Strong English communication and copywriting skills. - Creative, proactive, organized, and up to date with digital trends. - Experience in events, luxury, lifestyle, or creative industries is an advantage. Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
