We are looking for a Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of Mia Cuccinna, Bandra West , along with supporting the social media marketing of our alcoholic beverage brands. Your main focus will be to make Mia Cuccinna more visible online and use social media and paid advertising to bring more enquiries, reservations, events and customers to the restaurant. You will also work on social media campaigns for Octaga's alcohol brands. We are looking for someone who understands that social media is not only about posting pictures — it is also about reaching the right people and getting results. What You Will Do Social Media Manage Instagram and Facebook for Mia Cuccinna. Plan weekly and monthly social media content. Create and coordinate Reels, Stories, Posts and promotional content. Develop content around food, cocktails, restaurant ambience, events and customer experiences. Keep up with current Instagram and social media trends. Manage comments, messages and basic customer enquiries. Work with the restaurant team to regularly capture fresh content. Meta Ads Good hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads is important for this role. You will: Create and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Set up campaigns, audiences and budgets. Run campaigns for restaurant promotions, events and offers. Target customers around Bandra and other relevant areas of Mumbai. Test different audiences and creatives. Monitor and optimise campaigns. Track enquiries, leads and campaign performance. Understand basic metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, leads and cost per enquiry. The goal is simple: use digital marketing to bring real customers and enquiries to the business. Mia Cuccinna Marketing You will help promote: Restaurant offers New dishes Food and cocktails Weekend plans Events Live entertainment Birthday and anniversary celebrations Date nights Private parties Corporate gatherings You will work with the restaurant team to turn good content and advertising into actual bookings and footfall . Influencer & Content Marketing Find relevant food, lifestyle and hospitality influencers in Mumbai. Coordinate influencer visits and collaborations. Help organise food and restaurant photoshoots. Work with photographers, videographers and designers. Come up with simple, interesting ideas for Reels and social media campaigns. Octaga Alcohol Brands You will also support social media and digital marketing for Octaga's alcoholic beverage brands . This will include: Social media content Brand campaigns Product-related content Reels and creative ideas Digital promotions Influencer coordination Campaign reporting All alcohol-related marketing will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies. Reporting You will maintain simple weekly/monthly reports showing: Ad spend Reach and impressions Engagement Follower growth Reel performance Enquiries/leads Campaign performance Cost per enquiry Influencer campaign results You should be able to explain what worked, what didn't and what we should try next. Who We Are Looking For 2–4 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing. Good practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager . Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook. Experience running paid social media campaigns. Good understanding of Reels and short-form content. Good communication and basic copywriting skills. Experience in restaurant, hospitality, F&B, lifestyle or consumer brands will be an advantage. Influencer marketing experience is a plus. Basic Canva / CapCut / video-editing knowledge is a plus. Google Ads knowledge is an added advantage. Should be comfortable working from Bandra West, Mumbai . Most Important We are not looking for someone who only schedules posts . We want someone who enjoys: Creating content + Running Ads + Testing ideas + Checking results + Improving campaigns If you have previously managed Meta Ads and can show examples of your work or campaigns, that will be a strong advantage. Fresh ideas are welcome. You don't need to know everything — but you should be curious, practical, willing to learn and interested in making social media actually work for the business.
