The role is strategic-light and execution-focused, with responsibility for setting direction, ensuring quality, and publishing content. The freelancer will be supported by a social media intern for day-to-day execution and will collaborate with a graphic designer for visual assets. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain a practical social media and marketing strategy aligned with NV’s brand, goals, and target audiences - Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and growth - Plan weekly/monthly content calendars across NV platforms - Brief and coordinate with the graphic designer for visuals (posts, stories, carousels..) - Oversee NV’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and others as relevant - Work closely with NV team members to align social media with ongoing activities and campaigns - Coordinate tasks and priorities with the social media and marketing intern Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. - Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, whatsapp and social media management tools. - Excellent copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone across platforms. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage content calendars. - Basic analytics and KPI tracking experience. - Experience supporting or promoting online / Zoom events (event announcements, live posting, post-event content) is a plus. - Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently and with interns/designers.
