Social Media & Marketing Specialist – Aesthetic CLINIC

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our premium aesthetic and dental clinic in Dubai.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology, dental, beauty or wellness industry is highly preferred.
• Strong experience managing Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and Facebook .
• Ability to create engaging Reels, Stories, treatment content, before/after content and promotional campaigns .
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and viral content formats .
• Experience in content planning and monthly social media calendars .
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads .
• Experience with Canva, CapCut and Adobe Photoshop .
• Ability to write engaging captions and marketing content.
• Good understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns .
• Ability to coordinate with doctors, therapists and the videographer for regular content production.
• Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
• Must be able to analyze social media performance and provide monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the clinic's social media accounts.
• Develop and execute the monthly content strategy.
• Plan Reels, Stories, campaigns and promotional content.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots with doctors and therapists.
• Identify trending content and adapt it to aesthetic and dental treatments.
• Manage and optimize Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
• Monitor enquiries generated through campaigns.
• Track reach, engagement, followers, leads and campaign performance.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand image across all digital platforms.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in UAE Industry experience: Aesthetic / Dermatology / Dental / Beauty / Wellness preferred

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
