Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Plan and manage monthly content calendars. Create engaging captions and oversee the production of creative content, including images, videos, and reels. Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and audience interactions. Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports with actionable insights. Plan and optimize paid social media campaigns, Meta Ads Experience required Work closely with designers, content creators, and clients to execute marketing campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities. Support influencer marketing and partnership campaigns where required. Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies. Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other major social platforms. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Experience using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights. Highly organized with strong project management and time management skills.
