The ideal candidate should understand automotive content, social media trends, short-form video, branding, and audience engagement. You will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content that showcases our workshop, technical expertise, services, customer experiences, vehicle repairs, and premium automotive brand. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage the monthly social media content calendar. - Manage platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts . - Plan and create automotive-focused content such as: - Car repair and maintenance tips - Common vehicle problems - Before-and-after repair content - Workshop activities - Vehicle diagnostics - Restoration projects - Customer testimonials - Service promotions - Technician and behind-the-scenes content - Create engaging Reels, Stories, short-form videos, carousels, and static posts . - Shoot high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, technicians, workshop activities, and completed jobs. - Write professional captions, hooks, headlines, and call-to-actions. - Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to create technically accurate automotive content. - Maintain consistent brand identity across all social media platforms. - Monitor automotive and social media trends and identify new content opportunities. - Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally. - Increase organic reach, engagement, followers, profile visits, and enquiries. - Monitor competitor automotive workshops, dealerships, and industry brands. - Analyze social media performance using platform insights and prepare monthly performance reports. - Identify high-performing content and continuously improve the content strategy. - Support marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, launches, events, and brand awareness activities. - Work closely with the digital marketing and management teams. Required Skills - Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form video content . - Excellent content planning and storytelling skills. - Good photography and videography skills. - Experience shooting automotive or lifestyle content is highly preferred. - Strong knowledge of Reels and TikTok editing . - Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software . - Ability to create premium, modern, and visually consistent content. - Strong English communication and copywriting skills. - Understanding of social media analytics and KPIs. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements. - Strong attention to detail and creativity. Automotive Knowledge Candidates with knowledge of the following will be preferred: - European and luxury vehicles - Vehicle servicing and maintenance - Engine and transmission repairs - Suspension and braking systems - AC and cooling systems - Vehicle diagnostics - Body repair and paint - Automotive detailing and restoration Deep mechanical expertise is not required, but the candidate should be interested in learning automotive terminology and translating technical information into engaging social media content. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field . - Previous experience in social media management or content creation. - Automotive industry experience is an advantage. - A strong portfolio of social media content, Reels, photography, or video work is preferred. Key Performance Indicators Performance will be evaluated based on: - Organic reach and impressions - Engagement rate - Video views and watch time - Follower growth - Profile visits - Website and WhatsApp enquiries generated from social media - Content consistency and quality - Audience growth and engagement - Performance of Reels and short-form video content Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, automotive-focused, comfortable working inside a workshop environment, and capable of turning everyday repair and service activities into engaging premium social media content Work Location: In person
