We're looking for someone who enjoys creating engaging videos, understands social media trends, and can help turn our everyday clinical activities into compelling digital content. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or entry-level marketing professional looking to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable marketing skills, and build a professional portfolio. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Creation - Record engaging short-form videos featuring our office, staff, treatment equipment, and rehabilitation services. - Edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. - Add captions, graphics, music, and creative elements using CapCut, Canva, or similar software. - Assist with scheduling, publishing, and organizing social media content. - Create and adapt social media content in both English and Spanish. - Research current social media trends and recommend creative content ideas. - Assist with managing social media accounts and monitoring engagement. Website & Digital Marketing - Assist with basic website updates, including images, videos, service descriptions, and other content. - Help organize patient testimonials, success stories, and before-and-after results with appropriate patient authorization. - Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and digital advertising initiatives. - Help maintain consistent branding across our online platforms. Marketing Organization & Reporting - Collect and organize performance reports from our advertising agencies. - Track basic marketing metrics, including leads, appointments, campaign costs, and conversions. - Prepare simple weekly marketing performance summaries for the practice owner. - Help manage marketing tasks, projects, and deadlines. Required Qualifications - Bilingual in English and Spanish , with the ability to communicate and create basic written content in both languages. - Experience creating and editing short-form videos for social media. - Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. - Working knowledge of CapCut, Canva, or similar content creation tools. - Comfortable recording videos using a smartphone. - Creative, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. - Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) - Previous experience working in healthcare, wellness, rehabilitation, or a medical office. - Experience managing business social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and reviewing analytics. - Experience using WordPress to update website pages, images, videos, and other content. - Basic photography, graphic design, or digital marketing experience. - Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or other marketing tools. - Currently studying or holding a degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field. Previous professional marketing or healthcare experience is not required.
