# Social Media Manager **Trepechy Jewels** · Mumbai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Social Media Manager & Content Creator Location: BKC, Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time / On-site Experience: 1–3 years preferred About the Role We are looking for a creative, proactive and social-media-obsessed Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can manage and create content for: Reverra Jewels – a fine jewellery brand focused on the US market Founder / Personal Brand Page – lifestyle, business, entrepreneurship, behind-the-scenes and personal content This is a hands-on content role. We are not looking for someone who only schedules posts or manages a content calendar. You should be comfortable planning ideas, shooting photos and videos, appearing behind the camera, editing reels, writing captions and publishing content . You should have a strong understanding of what performs on Instagram and short-form content platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage Instagram and other social media platforms for Reverra Jewels and the founder’s personal brand. Create monthly and weekly content plans. Generate fresh content ideas for reels, stories, posts and campaigns. Shoot high-quality photos and videos using both phones and cameras. Shoot jewellery product content, lifestyle content and behind-the-scenes content. Record personal-brand videos, office content and founder-led reels. Edit short-form videos and reels. Add captions, subtitles, music, transitions and effects. Create engaging Instagram stories. Write captions, hooks and CTAs. Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, audios and content styles. Adapt trending formats to fit our brand rather than simply copying trends. Develop creative concepts for jewellery launches, festivals and seasonal campaigns. Work with models, employees and the founder during shoots. Plan shot lists and content before shoots. Organize and maintain a library of photos and video footage. Publish and schedule content consistently. Monitor engagement, reach, views and content performance. Identify which types of content are performing well and create more of them. Respond to trends quickly and create timely content. Help build a recognizable visual identity and content style for both accounts. Skills Required You should be comfortable with: Instagram Reels Short-form video creation Photography Videography Mobile photography Video editing Photo editing Canva CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro or similar software Instagram trends and trending audio Content ideation Storytelling Copywriting and caption writing Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop is a plus. Photography & Videography Photography is an important part of this role. You should understand: Lighting Composition Camera angles Product photography Lifestyle photography Jewellery photography Smartphone videography Basic camera operation How to make luxury products look premium on social media Experience shooting jewellery, fashion, beauty or luxury products will be highly preferred. Who We Are Looking For You will be a good fit if you: Spend a lot of time understanding social media trends. Naturally notice interesting reel concepts and content formats. Have a strong visual sense. Can shoot and edit content independently. Are comfortable giving direction during shoots. Can take an idea and execute it without needing constant instructions. Understand the difference between content for a brand and content for a personal page. Can create polished luxury content as well as casual, authentic content. Are comfortable experimenting with new ideas. Have good communication skills. Are organized and consistent. Can work quickly when a trend or opportunity appears. Portfolio Requirement A portfolio is mandatory. Please share examples of: Reels you have created Videos you have shot and edited Photography work Instagram pages you have managed Personal-brand content, if available Product or fashion content, if available Candidates who only have theoretical social media knowledge but cannot personally shoot and edit content may not be suitable for this role.
