We run social, paid ads, video, branding, and web for restaurants, healthcare practices, nonprofits, professional services, and local businesses across New York and New Jersey. We’re a small team with an in-house video crew, so the content you plan actually gets shot. The role You’ll own a book of 5 client accounts from strategy to results, working with our Social Media Lead, Senior Social Media Manager, and video team. You’ll be the main point of contact for your clients and the person who knows their brand best. What you’ll do - Build monthly content strategies and calendars for 5 client accounts - Create, write, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn - Run client check-ins, present content, and manage approvals - Plan shoots with our video team and turn footage into platform-ready content - Manage community engagement and respond to comments and messages - Track performance and report monthly results to clients - Use AI tools to speed up drafting, review, and reporting What you bring - 3+ years of social media experience, agency experience strongly preferred - Comfortable leading client calls and handling feedback with confidence - Able to manage multiple brand voices without losing quality - Strong writer with a good eye for visual content - Organized, reliable with deadlines, and calm when priorities shift - Experience working with AI tools in your workflow Nice to have - Experience in regulated industries (finance or healthcare) - Experience with local NY/NJ small businesses - Basic editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or similar Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: - Flexible schedule Experience: - Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred) - Social media management: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: - Tappan, NY 10983 (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tappan, NY 10983
