Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager who is an Arabic speaker to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
• Create engaging and creative content ideas for social media.
• Prepare and manage monthly content calendars.
• Follow social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
• Write engaging captions and social media copy in Arabic and English.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other team members to ensure smooth content production.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Analyze engagement, reach, growth, and other key performance indicators.
• Manage community engagement and respond appropriately to comments and messages.
• Ensure that all content is consistent with each brand's tone of voice and visual identity.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing practices.

Requirements

• Arabic speaker is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media trends.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working with F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a strong advantage.
• Candidates must currently be based in Dubai, UAE.
