Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the Group's social media and digital marketing strategy . - Lead, manage and coordinate the marketing and social media team . - Manage social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube . - Create engaging reels, videos, promotional content, property content and corporate content . - Plan and manage podcast content, filming, recording and post-production through our in-house podcast studio. - Handle or supervise videography, photography, video editing and content production . - Develop creative concepts and campaigns for Real Estate, Business Center and corporate brands . - Coordinate with internal teams to identify marketing opportunities and create relevant content. - Manage the content calendar , campaigns and daily social media activities. - Monitor social media performance, engagement and lead generation. - Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand image across all platforms. - Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, short-form videos and content strategies. - Manage external vendors, influencers, photographers or agencies when required. - Train, guide and monitor the performance of the marketing team. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing. - Real Estate and/or Business Center experience is required/preferred. - Strong experience in content creation and social media management . - Hands-on experience in videography, photography and video editing . - Experience with podcast production, studio recording and video content will be an advantage. - Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut or similar tools. - Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and YouTube content . - Previous experience in leading and managing a marketing team . - Strong creative, communication and leadership skills. - Ability to independently plan, produce and execute marketing campaigns. - UAE experience is preferred. - Candidates must be able to provide a portfolio or previous work samples .
