The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, graphic designing, photo and video editing , and should be capable of independently managing social media platforms from content planning through execution and performance tracking. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong creative eye, and a professional approach to branding and digital communication. Prior professional experience in handling social media marketing and management is mandatory. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management Independently manage the organization's social media accounts and digital presence. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach. Plan and maintain a structured social media content calendar . Create, curate, schedule, and publish engaging content across relevant platforms. Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions. Respond to social media queries professionally and ensure timely engagement. Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, algorithms, and content styles. Track social media performance and prepare regular performance reports. Analyze engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and other relevant metrics. Content Creation Conceptualize and create engaging social media posts, reels, stories, videos, creatives, and campaigns . Develop creative concepts aligned with the organization's brand identity. Create content that is visually appealing, professional, informative, and engaging. Assist in developing campaigns and promotional content. Adapt content according to different social media platforms and audiences. Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and communication. Graphic Designing Design high-quality social media creatives, promotional material, banners, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing collateral. Have a strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour combinations, layouts, branding, and visual communication . Independently create professional and visually compelling designs. Maintain consistency across all digital and marketing communication. Photo & Video Editing Edit photographs and videos for social media and marketing campaigns. Create professional and engaging Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and other digital content . Add appropriate text, transitions, music, effects, subtitles, and branding elements. Ensure all visual content meets professional quality standards. Software & Tools The candidate should be proficient in relevant design and editing applications, including: CorelDRAW Adobe Photoshop Canva Video editing software/applications Other relevant graphic design and social media management tools Knowledge of additional Adobe Creative Cloud applications and professional video-editing software will be an advantage. Required Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in Social Media Marketing & Management is mandatory. Proven ability to independently manage social media platforms . Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and content creation. Good understanding of digital marketing and social media trends. Strong graphic designing skills . Excellent photo and video editing skills. Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Canva . Strong creative thinking and visual communication abilities. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong organizational and execution skills.
