Location: Bhandup West, Mumbai Work Mode: On-site Experience: 6 months – 2 years Employment Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate joiners preferred About the Role We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive who understands social media trends, knows how to create engaging content, and can manage social media accounts effectively. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on multiple brands, coming up with content ideas, coordinating with internal teams, and keeping up with the latest social media trends. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts. Plan and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars. Develop creative and engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Write captions, post copies, hooks and social media content. Stay updated with current social media trends, memes, formats, audio trends and platform updates. Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and copywriters to get content created and published on time. Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories and other social media content. Monitor account performance and track key social media metrics. Prepare basic social media reports and provide insights based on performance. Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions when required. Conduct competitor and industry research to identify new content opportunities. Ensure content is aligned with each client's brand tone, guidelines and objectives. Work closely with the client servicing team to understand client requirements and deliverables. Take ownership of assigned accounts and ensure timely execution of the content plan. Requirements 6 months – 2 years of experience in social media management/execution. Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms. Good knowledge of current social media trends and content formats. Strong communication and copywriting skills. Ability to come up with fresh and creative content ideas. Good understanding of content calendars and social media planning. Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights. Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts/deadlines. Good coordination and teamwork skills. Agency experience will be an added advantage.
