What You'll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day Adventures): This role is a dynamic mix of connecting with our customers and bringing our brands to life creatively. - Customer Happiness Guru: You'll be the friendly, helpful voice (and text!) across all our brands, assisting customers via email to resolve issues quickly and with care. - Social Star: Respond to Facebook and Instagram messages with that perfect blend of creativity, humor, and warmth that our audiences love. - Website Support Helper: Partner with our customers to swiftly resolve website issues, from order hiccups to account help, making their experience seamless. - Creative Content Creator: When customer queues are clear, you'll dive into creating nature-inspired content to connect, entertain, and inspire our diverse audiences. - Efficiency Master: Organize and facilitate returns, exchanges, and order cancellations with precision and a smile. - Team Player Extraordinaire: We're a small team, so you'll jump in wherever help is needed–because teamwork truly makes the dream work here! We're Looking for Someone Who: - Skilled with Creative Tools: MUST HAVE Experience with video editing tools like CapCut or Premiere. - An Implementer at Heart: You love checking things off your to-do list and transforming ideas into finished projects. - A Natural Problem-Solver & Helper: You thrive on finding solutions and genuinely enjoy making customers feel heard and cared for, even in tricky situations. You're a pro at staying positive and turning things around. - Creative & Visually Aware: You have an eye for what makes engaging content and enjoy making fun videos. - Organized & Proactive: You're detail-oriented, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to learn and improve. - Experienced: At least 1 year in a customer service role and video editing. Bonus Points If You Have Experience With: - E-commerce Platforms: Shopify or basic HTML/CSS knowledge (even just a little bit helps!). Position Details: - Paid Hourly: DOE (Depending On Experience) - Location: This is a permanent position in our Cotati office – no exceptions. - Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible on start/end times). - Benefits (Full-Time): For our full-time teammates, we offer a 401k with matching, Health Benefits, Paid Holidays, and Vacation time after a 90-day probationary period.
