Responsibilities - Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. - Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms. - Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations relevant to the brand. - Conduct research to identify new opportunities for content creation and audience engagement. - Utilize social listening tools to track brand sentiment and respond to inquiries or comments in a timely manner. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall digital marketing campaigns. - Assist in public relations efforts by promoting events, partnerships, and initiatives through social media channels. - Design graphics and visuals using Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design tools for social media posts. - Capture high-quality photographs and videos for use across digital platforms. - Edit video content to create engaging promotional materials or highlights for campaigns. Experience - Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing is essential. - Familiarity with research methodologies to analyze market trends and audience behavior. - Strong knowledge of public relations practices is a plus. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar graphic design software is preferred. - Experience in photography and video editing will be highly regarded. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. - A passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and technologies is essential.
