Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's social media and content strategy . Create monthly content calendars, themes and content ideas for each platform. Develop fresh and creative Reel/video concepts , not limited to project photographs. Plan content such as project walkthroughs, before/after videos, behind-the-scenes, educational/tips content, industry trends, team content, interviews and relevant trending formats. Work closely with our in-house photographer/videographer to plan shoots, shot lists and required content. Manage publishing, captions, hashtags, Stories, Reels, carousels and other social media formats. Develop a strong B2B LinkedIn strategy targeting clients, consultants, developers and industry professionals. Manage Facebook and Pinterest and adapt content appropriately for each platform. Monitor social media trends, competitors and industry content and continuously bring new content ideas . Track performance, prepare monthly reports and improve the strategy based on results. Manage audience engagement, comments and messages where required. Use Canva and basic video-editing tools for social media content. Requirements 2+ years' experience in social media management/content marketing preferred. Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn business accounts; Pinterest experience is an advantage. Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video and content strategy . Creative mindset with the ability to independently generate new content and video ideas. Good writing, communication and visual skills. Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar tools. Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools. Experience in interior design, architecture, construction, real estate or related industries is an advantage.
