We are looking for an experienced, outgoing, confident, and creative Social Media Content Creator to help manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok accounts. We need someone who knows how to create engaging videos, understands social media trends, and can consistently produce fresh content. You do NOT need a large personal following. We care about your experience, personality, creativity, and ability to make great videos! Responsibilities - Come into Spa Jolie approximately once per week to film multiple videos. - Consistently create Instagram Reels, TikToks, and engaging short-form content throughout the month. - Be comfortable and confident speaking and appearing on camera. - Help manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok accounts. - Create promotional videos, treatment demonstrations, behind-the-scenes content, and trending videos. - Edit videos, write captions, and help schedule regular posts. - Bring fresh content ideas every week. - Understand what makes videos go viral and how to increase engagement. - Work with our staff to create entertaining and educational content. Requirements - Must have experience creating Instagram Reels and TikTok videos. - Must NOT be camera-shy. We want someone outgoing, energetic, and comfortable talking on camera. - Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends, and content strategies. - Experience filming and editing high-quality videos. - Ability to consistently produce content, not just occasionally post. - Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, or other editing software. - Reliable, creative, organized, and self-motivated. - Experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness is a plus. Schedule & Compensation - Approximately one on-site filming day per week. - Additional remote editing and social media management. - Monthly compensation based on experience and responsibilities. - Long-term opportunity with a growing business. Optional Front Desk Opportunity We are also hiring for a part-time front desk position! If interested, the selected candidate may work an additional two days per week at our front desk , assisting with scheduling, customer service, and daily operations. This is completely optional and not a requirement for the social media position. Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
