We’re more than a fitness studio — we’re a space where women come to feel stronger, more confident, and connected. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and passionate Social Media Content Creator to help bring our brand to life through engaging, high-quality digital content. About the Role We’re seeking someone who understands social media trends, loves creating visually appealing content, and knows how to turn everyday studio moments into compelling stories. The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable capturing content in a fitness environment. You’ll work closely with our founder to showcase the Her Zen experience, highlight our instructors, promote classes and events, and attract new clients through authentic, engaging content. Key Responsibilities - Film and edit engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and short-form content. - Capture high-quality photos and videos of Pilates, yoga, fitness classes, events, and behind-the-scenes moments. - Develop creative content ideas aligned with current social media trends. - Create aesthetically appealing content that reflects Her Zen’s modern, feminine, and wellness-focused brand. - Assist with planning and executing monthly content calendars. - Write engaging captions with relevant keywords, hashtags, and calls to action. - Highlight client experiences, instructor personalities, studio culture, and special promotions. - Identify trending sounds, challenges, and content formats relevant to our audience. - Collaborate with the studio team to coordinate content creation days. - Help increase brand awareness, social media engagement, website traffic, and class bookings. - Track basic content performance and recommend improvements. Qualifications - Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms. - Strong video filming and editing skills. - Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Instagram Edits, or similar software. - Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies. - Strong creative storytelling and visual composition skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Comfortable working in a collaborative, women-centered fitness environment. Preferred but Not Required: - Experience creating content for fitness, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands. - Knowledge of Instagram and TikTok SEO. - Experience with photography, graphic design, or social media analytics. - Familiarity with paid social media advertising.
