Social Media & Content Coordinator

We’re looking for a creative, organized person to help capture what happens inside both restaurants and translate it into thoughtful, authentic social media content. This is a hands-on content role. You’ll spend time in the restaurants photographing food, cocktails, wine, service, events, and the people behind them. You’ll then help turn those moments into posts, reels, stories, and a consistent content schedule for two distinct restaurant brands. We are not looking for someone to chase every trend or create content that feels overly staged or promotional. We want someone with a strong visual eye who can recognize a great moment while it’s happening and capture the restaurants as they actually feel. What you’ll do Visit both restaurants regularly, including during evening service, to capture photography and short-form video Edit photos and video for Instagram posts, reels, and stories Help maintain a thoughtful posting calendar across both restaurant accounts Draft captions in each restaurant’s established voice Schedule approved content and assist with publishing Create simple, reusable Canva templates for wine dinners, collaborations, private events, and other programming Help promote bar menus, afternoon hours, special events, and private dining Organize the shared photo and video library Track basic performance and identify which content is resonating Bring forward creative ideas that can be executed without creating significant additional work for the restaurant teams You might be a great fit if you Have a strong eye for photography, composition, light, and atmosphere Are comfortable capturing content in dimly lit restaurants Can shoot and edit engaging video on a phone or camera Understand Instagram posts, stories, and reels Have experience with Canva and basic photo/video editing tools Write naturally and can adapt to two distinct brand voices Are organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently Enjoy restaurants, food, wine, cocktails, hospitality, or visual storytelling Can receive direct feedback and revise work without taking it personally Prior professional social media experience is helpful, but not required. We are open to a current student, recent graduate, emerging photographer, or early-career content creator with a strong portfolio and the right instincts.
