Our main community platform is currently Discord , but we are open to expanding into other platforms that can strengthen engagement, recruitment, and communication. Key Responsibilities : - Own and actively manage our affiliate community, primarily on Discord. - Build a consistent flow of conversations, product updates, campaigns, challenges, contests, education, and engagement. - Welcome, onboard, and develop relationships with new affiliates and creators. - Proactively recruit new affiliates, creators, micro-influencers, and brand advocates. - Identify and reactivate inactive affiliates. - Build an ongoing affiliate recruitment and outreach pipeline. - Develop campaigns around product launches, promotions, retail initiatives, seasonal opportunities, and media appearances. - Provide affiliates with clear product information, talking points, campaign briefs, and creative assets. - Encourage authentic affiliate-generated content and identify strong content and potential brand ambassadors. - Collect feedback and insights from affiliates and communicate opportunities back to the marketing team. - Track community growth, affiliate activity, recruitment, campaign participation, content creation, and affiliate performance. - Recommend new platforms, tools, or community strategies that could help grow the program. What We’re Looking For : - Experience in community management, affiliate marketing, influencer/creator partnerships, social media, or digital marketing . - Experience managing Discord or another active online community. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Comfortable proactively reaching out to creators and developing new relationships. - Creative thinker who knows how to keep an online community active. - Highly organized and consistent with outreach and follow-up. - Comfortable working with measurable KPIs and growth goals. - Experience with beauty, skincare, wellness, DTC, TikTok Shop, Amazon Creators, or affiliate programs is a plus.
