We’re looking for a creative, detail-obsessed Social Media & Brand Manager to become the voice and eye behind our digital presence. You’ll shape how the world sees SELFishly, from editorial-quality content shot in our space to the conversations that turn followers into loyal clients. What You’ll Do - Lead our content vision across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, keeping every post refined, intentional, and unmistakably SELFishly - Direct and capture on-site photo and video content with our providers, team, and clients (with consent): Reels, Stories, TikToks, and editorial stills - Own the content calendar, including planning, captions, scheduling, and seamless daily execution - Cultivate our community by responding to DMs and comments with warmth and polish, sharing general treatment and pricing information, and guiding clients toward booking - Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships, from outreach to ongoing collaboration - Manage Meta advertising campaigns with a focus on audience targeting and performance - Apply SEO, keyword, and social listening insights so our content reaches the right audience - Track performance and trends, then turn the data into smarter strategy - Partner closely with leadership and our front desk team on promotions, launches, and brand messaging Who You Are - 3+ years of social media management and content creation experience - A strong portfolio that shows an elevated, luxury aesthetic (medspa, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness experience strongly preferred) - Fluent in Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends, and what’s next - Skilled in video editing and content creation tools; photography skills are a plus - Comfortable with scheduling and analytics platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) - An impeccable eye for detail and proofreading, so nothing goes out that isn’t on-brand - Gracious with people and composed under pressure, whether you’re engaging followers or handling public-facing moments - Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage your own deliverables in a fast-paced environment - San Francisco–based or able to commute for on-site shoots, with flexible availability for launches and events Highly Considering Candidates With Experience In: - Experience with luxury or high-end brand positioning - Influencer coordination and brand partnership experience - A personal following or creator background Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: From $3,000.00 per month Benefits: - Employee discount - Flexible schedule Experience: - Aesthetics: 2 years (Preferred) Location: - San Francisco, CA 94115 (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Francisco, CA 94115
