We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Social Media & Marketing Specialist to help grow our online presence, connect with our community, and bring fresh marketing ideas to our practice. We want someone who enjoys creating content, understands social media trends, and can take initiative rather than simply follow instructions. Responsibilities - Develop creative social media content and marketing ideas to promote our practice. - Create, film, edit, and post engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social media content. - Help establish a consistent and recognizable brand identity. - Plan and execute promotional campaigns for our aesthetic treatments and services. - Identify social media trends and opportunities to attract new clients. - Capture behind-the-scenes moments, treatments, and everyday clinic activities. - Collaborate with our team to brainstorm fresh marketing ideas. - Maintain a consistent posting schedule. - Monitor social media engagement and suggest ways to improve our reach and attract potential clients. Who We're Looking For - Creative, energetic, and proactive. - Experienced with Instagram Reels, Stories, and social media marketing. - Comfortable filming and editing short-form videos. - Able to work independently and take ownership of projects. - Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling. - Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools. - Organized, reliable, and able to complete projects efficiently. - Interested in skincare, beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics. A Plus, But Not Required - Previous experience in medical spas, aesthetics, skincare, or beauty marketing. - Ability to speak Korean or Mandarin Chinese , as we serve a diverse patient community. - Experience growing social media accounts for local businesses.
