The group manages a portfolio of high-end properties and travel services for an international client base. It operates AI systems in live production across its business lines, and is now building the same capability on the marketing side. The Role Full ownership of brand, content, campaigns, and audience growth. This is a high-leverage position. We expect agency-level output from a lead who designs and runs AI-assisted production systems, not from a large team. Creative craft and technical fluency carry equal weight; neither substitutes for the other. Senior and hands-on. Not a coordination role. What You’ll Own - Social and digital strategy across all active platforms, including brand voice and visual - standards - Original photography and video, produced and directed in-house - AI-assisted production workflows, and the brand guardrails that keep machine-assisted output on standard at volume - Campaign performance, paid acquisition, and the reporting that goes to leadership - Creator partnerships and community growth What You’ll Need Experience - 6+ years in social, brand, or digital marketing, with at least 2 at lead level - Proven experience marketing to a high-net-worth audience — hospitality, private - aviation or marine, high-end property, jewellery and watches, fashion, or privatemembers’ clubs - A portfolio of self-produced photography and video at professional standard - Hands-on management of paid social budgets, with results you can evidence - Practical experience building AI-assisted content workflows in a commercial setting Knowledge - How a high-net-worth client buys, and what causes them to disengage - The competitive landscape and the houses that set the standard in these categories - Current frontier text, image, and video models, and their limitations - The GCC market and its cultural and seasonal considerations Craft: Photography ·videography ·advanced editing · motion graphics ·design · copywriting ·art direction ·Adobe Creative Suite ·Figma You Are - Highly motivated — you set the pace rather than wait to be given one - High energy, and able to sustain it across a long stretch of work - Visually exceptional, with instinctive judgement about what reads as considered - Fully accountable.
