Our main office is located in Flemington, NJ .This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, managing our online presence, and engaging with our community to promote our services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics, healthcare, and digital marketing, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience. New Graduates in Social Media and marketing , willing to work as a Spa associate will be considered. Duties - Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and patient engagement. - Create, curate, and manage engaging content including images, videos, and written posts that highlight our services, promotions, and patient success stories. - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional manner to foster a positive online community. - Coordinate with medical staff to understand service offerings and translate technical information into accessible content for the public. - Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns including paid social media ads to attract new clients. - Analyze marketing data and social media metrics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly. - Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing within the healthcare aesthetic sector. - Collaborate with the team to organize promotional events or special campaigns that enhance community engagement. - Manage the overall branding consistency across all digital channels. - Help our medical team and office & Medical Spa team as needed. Requirements This is an onsite oppurtunity not virtual. - Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably within healthcare or aesthetic industries. - Strong understanding of various social media platforms’ algorithms, tools, and analytics. - Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences. - Knowledge of medical spa or medical practice services is highly desirable. - Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and branding consistency. - Ability to analyze data insights to inform marketing decisions. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - Prior experience working in a healthcare or medical spa environment is advantageous.
