Social Media and Marketing Coordinator Lemont, IL | Full-Time, On-Site | $55,000–$65,000 About the Role US Equipment Sales and Rentals (USE) is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and social media initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with our sales and service teams to create engaging content that showcases our equipment, services, and company culture. Objectives Support and contribute to USE’s overall marketing strategy through innovative content creation. Develop fresh ideas to elevate brand presence in a traditional industry. Foster collaboration between customers and employees to capture authentic stories and experiences. Strengthen USE’s online visibility and search engine performance. Provide insights on competitor marketing activity and emerging trends. Key Responsibilities Create and manage photo and video content (including drone footage) for the website, social media, and digital ads. Edit video and photo content using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Manage content scheduling and ensure consistent posting across channels. Monitor and analyze digital engagement and SEO performance metrics. Research and implement marketing trends and tools to optimize brand visibility. Set and manage budgets for content creation and optimization efforts. Qualifications Proven skills in copywriting, social media management, or photo/video production. Strong understanding of SEO best practices. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and related creative tools. Skilled in drone photography/videography (preferred).
