We also carry out general electrical work and are expanding into solar and battery storage. We are bringing our social media and content creation in-house. We’re looking for a creative, hands-on person to take ownership of our content and grow our online presence. The role - Plan and manage a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube - Create and schedule at least 20 posts per month, including Reels, carousels and regular Stories - Travel to job sites and spend days out with our engineers, filming and photographing installations, the team, case studies and customer testimonials - Edit short- and long-form video, including talking-head clips, educational content and YouTube videos - Design branded graphics for social media, adverts, flyers and promotional material - Write at least two SEO-focused blog articles per month - Set up and manage paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns - Monitor and respond to messages and comments across our channels - Track performance and provide monthly reports, identifying ways to improve engagement and reach - Recommend and look after our filming kit (cameras, microphones and lighting) What we’re looking for - A strong portfolio of your own filming, photography, editing and design work (essential) - At least two years’ experience in business-focused content creation and social media management - Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut - Graphic design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom or Canva - Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics - Excellent written English and the ability to write engaging copy - A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to job sites across London and the South East - Drone experience is a bonus What we offer - Salary of £28,000–£35,000 per year, depending on experience - A new camera, microphones and editing software, plus access to our existing DJI kit - Travel expenses covered for site visits and away days - Creative ownership of the brand and the chance to shape our content strategy - Company pension - 28 days’ annual leave, including bank holidays Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
