We are looking for experienced Social Housing Electricians to deliver high-quality EICR testing, remedials, and repairs across domestic and social housing properties centered around Stevenage and surrounding towns. Your Day-to-Day Working across occupied and void social housing properties, your core duties will include: - Carrying out EICR testing and issuing digital certificates via PDA. - Undertaking electrical remedial works and repairs. - Completing consumer unit upgrades and targeted rewires. - Installing and replacing smoke, heat, and CO alarms. - Upgrading domestic and communal LED lighting. What You Need to Bring - 18th Edition Certification (BS 7671). - Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification + AM2. - Inspection & Testing Qualification (e.g., City & Guilds 2391, 2392, 2394, or 2395). - Proven background in social housing or high-volume domestic maintenance. - Valid ECS Card . - Full UK Driving Licence.
