Social Content Lead

Lead content at a growing agency, build the team under you, and grow into Head of Content.

We're Element 7 Productions, a video production company and ad agency in Bothell, WA. Our division, The Booked Method, helps home service and local businesses get real customers with content, Meta ads and smart CRM systems. We're signing new clients and building our team, and this is one of our first key hires.

This is a ground-floor role with a real path up. You'll own content for our clients and our own brands, hire and lead your first team member within 90 days, and grow into Head of Content for The Booked Method as we scale.

Pay: $70,000 to $85,000 base, plus performance bonuses. Full time, hybrid in Bothell (2 to 3 days in the office). Starts early January 2027.

What you'll own

• Content strategy for each client: pillars, monthly themes, seasonal pushes and trends.
• Shoot planning: hooks, scripts and a printable shoot doc, with real job sites locked in.
• Shoots on location: direct the client, their crew and our camera operator, and help people shine on camera.
• Edits: brief our editors and review every cut before a client sees it.
• Publishing on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Meta ad creative: concepts, hooks, test versions and ad copy.
• Our founder's personal brand (daily posts plus a podcast on YouTube twice a month) and our company pages, including hosting or interviewing on camera.
• Monthly results reports for clients.

Is this you?

• 3+ years managing social media for clients (not just your own accounts).
• You've planned and run shoots from start to finish.
• You're AI native: Claude or ChatGPT, AI image and video tools and AI workflows are part of how you work.
• You can show results with real numbers.
• You write strong hooks, scripts and captions.
• You're organized, self-motivated and great at following through.
• You're comfortable on camera and on active job sites in any weather.
• You have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license (we reimburse mileage).
• You can be in our Bothell office 2 to 3 days a week. Moving to the Seattle area before January? We'd love to hear from you too.

Bonus points if you've run your own agency or freelance roster, made content for home services or trades, made Meta ads with proven cost-per-lead results, or managed a team.

Pay and perks

• $70,000 to $85,000 base salary, depending on experience

• Full time, W-2. This is a dedicated role, so no outside social media clients.
